The STILL Method is a response to the unprecedented rise in the amount of children and young people experiencing anxiety.
The STILL Method (Stop, Talk, Imagine, Listen and Learn) brings together neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behaviour therapy and positive psychology to give children and young people the tools to overcome their anxiety.
The workshops are based around fun, engaging and practical techniques that are quick to learn and quick to use! These techniques have been designed to be used immediately (panic attacks) and to be used to help overcome upsetting memories/negative thoughts.

These workshops are now being delivered online via Zoom and are just as fun and engaging!

Q Why was The STILL Method created?

In recent years there has been an unparalleled rise in the number of children and young people presenting with high levels of anxiety and associated conditions. Schools and parents are having to devote more and more time to managing anxiety without the necessary resources. The STILL Method takes this pressure off parents and schools and gives children and young people the ability to manage their own thoughts and feelings.

Q Why did I become a coach?

In 2018 & 2019, I suffered terribly with my own anxiety and depression. I ended up leaving my full time job as my brain could not take the added pressure. Who would have thought this would turn out to be the best thing I have ever done! During this time, I contacted a hypnotherapist that I had been recommended, Stuart Thompson, and I went along for approximately 8 sessions with him. Well, that was life changing! I was now on a path that I was enjoying and I had learnt tips and techniques that I was able to use wherever and whenever. In October 2019, Stuart approached me with his plan to train coaches around the country to teach The STILL Method and I absolutely jumped at the chance - this was my opportunity to start helping people the way that I had been helped. In the UK, there has been an unprecedented rise in children and young people suffering with anxiety and negative thoughts. This is putting an almighty strain on our schools and the parents. My role is to try an ease that and help as many children and young people as I can.
